2. The petitioners apprehends their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 302/34 IPC registered in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 105/2011.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated on mere suspicion except which there is no objective material to connect the petitioners with the alleged occurrence. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.
4. Learned APP submits on the basis of para 276 of the case diary that the DIG of police, Sahabad Range, Dehri-onSone has recommended for submission of charge sheet showing the case to be untrue.

5. The petitioners are unable to satisfy this Court about the immediate apprehension of their arrest, as such, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Bail petition stands dismissed.
