After some arguments, Mr. Avinash Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition in order to enable the petitioner to contest the trial.

That being so, the trial court shall not be prejudiced by the fact that the present petition has not been entertained by the High Court.
