Mr. Md. Fazle Karim, AC to SC 1 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-08-2024 Petitioner has sought interference of this Court on the basis of the fact that the petitioner has been terminated with effect from 08.12.2014 in light of letter no.901 dated 30.09.2014, which has been issued in view of order dated 24.09.2014 passed by this Court in LPA No.200 of 2010 and other analogous cases.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that against the said order, the affected party has preferred SLP before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
