On account of incarceration for the period 12.06.2012 to 30.10.2012 the petitioner was away from his duties as Panchayat Rojgar Sevak. Upon his return after release from custody he has submitted his joining before the authorities and made several representations, however, no decision has been taken upon the joining. The last representation of the petitioner before the Deputy Development Commissioner, Patna is Annexure 11.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Deputy Development Commissioner respondent no. 3 be directed to

Patna High Court CWJC No.5534 of 2015 dt.19-02-2019 2/2 dispose off the petitioner's claim under Annexure 11. In view of the limited prayer made by petitioner's counsel writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to take a final decision upon the petitioner's claim for joining, expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
