Mr. Partha Sarthy, G.A. -4 Mr. Kumar Vikram, AC to GA-4 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-08-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The grievance of the petitioner in the instant case is non -consideration of his case for compassionate appointment. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that petitioner's father was terminated way back in 1997 and thereafter, he died in the year 2002.

In view of the above, there is no point to consider the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
