2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 354(A), 380, 448, 376, 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Tarani P.S. Case No. 56 of 2018
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the backdrop of family dispute as the petitioner happens to be the elder brother of the informant's deceased husband. The petitioner clams clean antecedents.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. It is made clear that if the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67563 of 2018(3) dt.29-01-2019 2/2 petitioner surrenders and seeks for regular bail before the Court below, the same shall be considered and disposed of on its own merits.
