The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Amnaur P.S. Case No. 294/2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. .

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3867 of 2021(2) dt.30-07-2021 2/3 that she was appointed as a teacher in the year 2013 but the F.I.R. has been lodged after seven years. It has further been submitted that at the time of appointment, all the credentials submitted by the petitioner were verified and found to be genuine. It appears that there is some confusion regarding the correctness of the T.E.T. certificate furnished by the petitioner.
Be that as it may, the sheet-anchor of the argument of learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has now been dismissed from service and during the period that she served, nothing was reported against her. Considering this aspect of the matter, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -II, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Amnaur P.S.
