The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 527 of 2019, dated 25.07.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 504, 506, 385, 387 and 34 of the Indian

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3984 of 2021(4) dt.26-10-2021 2/3 Penal Code.

The petitioners are said to have abused and assaulted the members of the prosecution party. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that an absolutely false case has been lodged against them only because of a civil dispute pending between the parties. The petitioners have purchased a plot of land over which some construction was being made, but the same had to be stopped because of the objection of the informant. It has further been submitted that a proceeding under Section 147 Cr.P.C. also is pending against the parties.

The petitioners have been earlier made accused in about seven cases about which reference has been given in paragraph 3 of the bail application. Those cases are arising out of civil disputes and have been lodged by their distant family members. In all such cases, the petitioners are on bail.

Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the provisional bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 05.08.2021 is, hereby, confirmed. They shall remain on the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3984 of 2021(4) dt.26-10-2021 3/3 same bail bonds.
