12-09-2018 It is admitted at the Bar that after the Full Bench Judgment in the case of Ram Nath Prasad Singh reported in 2009 (3) P.L.J.R. 384, the respondents are required to prepare a separate list of Arts and Science teachers, in order to grant promotion of teachers in graduate trained scale by following the 1993 promotion Rules.

In view of the above, this writ application is disposed of with the direction to the respondents to strictly adhered to the judgment of the Full Bench in Ram Nath Prasad Singh case (Supra) and follow 1993 Promotion Rules and consider the case of the petitioner for grant of promotion accordingly, if not already considered. Respondents are required to take final decision on the claim of the petitioner for grant of promotion under Promotion Rule, 1993 within a maximum period of four months from the date

Patna High Court CWJC No.18358 of 2014 (3) dt.12-09-2018 2/2 of receipt / production of a copy of this order. In the event the respondents find the claim of the petitioner justified, they may pass appropriate order for payment of all consequential benefits within time framed indicated hereinabove.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
