In terms of the direction dated 29/01/2015, which is more than a year ago, petitioner was supposed to file a rejoinder to the stand taken by the respondents in the supplementary counter affidavit, especially para-6. In view of the above, writ application stands disposed of as the retiral dues, which is the primary relief prayed in the writ application, has already been sanctioned and paid.
