2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Mali P.S. Case No. 56 of 2022 registered under section 304(B), 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is in custody since 05.07.2022.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has married the deceased in 2021. On 15.06.2021, the deceased has been killed in her husband house after assault.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, this application for regular bail is dismissed.
