2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest connection with Desari (Chandpura) P.S. Case No. 308 of 2020, F.I.R. dated 02.11.2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307, 354(B)/34 read with Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It appears from the record that the petitioner has earlier moved for grant of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 22801 of 2021 which was dismissed on 05.01.2022.

4. Petitioner has again moved before this Court for grant of anticipatory bail, which is not permissible.

5. In view of the aforesaid, the second anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed.
