JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/ orders in the nature of mandamus for directing and commanding the respondents to forthwith get the survey plot no.1803 and survey plot no. 1779, 1776 measured keeping in view of the fact that Plot No. 1779 is an Aam Rasta which has been encroached by some anti-social element of the village

Patna High Court CWJC No.5627 of 2015(3) dt.08-08-2024 2/2 Sonbarsha and due to the said encroachment over survey plot no.1779 of the villagers including the petitioner is facing great difficulty for ingress and outgress in the village and further for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for directing and commanding the respondents particularly respondent No. 3 to 6 to remove the encroachment over survey plot No. 1803 and 1779 which are the Aam Rasta for the local people."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Manjhi, District Saran at Chapra for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
