JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-08-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For direction upon the Respondent authorities particularly respondent no. 4 to take steps for removing encroachment made over a public road passing through Khata No. 96, Kheshra No. 3335 (New), situated at Sri Rampur, Than No. 19 of (Benipur) Darbhanga District.

(ii). For issuance of further direction upon the respondent authorities to restrain the circle officer from permitting encroachment over the said public road, which is existing from much earlier."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6207 of 2015(3) dt.14-08-2024 2/2 petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Benipur, District-Darbhanga, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
