The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.R.P. (Patna Junction Rajendra Nagar) P.S. Case No. 284 of 2016, registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Rail Judicial Magistrate, Rail Patna Junction.
The accusation is that while informant was at the parking place of Rajendra Nagar Junction then his mobile was stolen by unknown. In course of investigation, the mobile of the informant was found from the house of the petitioner, which is apparent from the order dated 29.04.2017 passed in A.B.P. No. 8153 of 2017 of Addl. Sessions Judge-III, Patna by which the anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39631 of 2017 (3) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trail Court within six weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
