The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Desari(Sahdei O.P.) P.S. Case No.86 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 498(A), 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The learned counsel for the informant submits that husband and wife are living together and they have resolved their disputes.

Taking into consideration the fact that the husband and wife, after sinking their differences, living together, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46578 of 2019(3) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. II, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari(Sahdei O.P.) P.S. Case No.86 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
