2. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the authority concerned to appoint the petitioner on a Class IV post on which the petitioner was working since April, 2000.
3. From perusal of the copy of the writ petition it appears that the averment is there that the petitioner was working since April, 2000 but there is no appointment letter annexed with the writ petition which suggests that the petitioner was working with the respondent Bank.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the petitioner has not produced any documents which suggests that the petitioner was appointed by the Bank and he is working since the year 2000.
5. Accordingly, there is no merit in the writ petition and the same stands dismissed.
