The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Dhansoi P.S. case No. 98 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Section 302, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his sister was married to Pappu Kumar Singh 12 years ago but her husband and other inlaws were torturing her. The informant further alleged that all the accused persons hatched up conspiracy and Pawan Singh and Munna Singh stabbed his sister. Santosh Singh also conspired. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. There is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner. The allegation of demand of dowry is false. The marriage was solemnized 12 years

No.49049 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 ago Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and no specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Buxar in connection with Dhansoi P.S. case No. 98 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
