The petitioner seeks bail in Dumraon (N.B.O.P) P.S. Case No. 205 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016. It is alleged in the written report that 29.28 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from Hero Passion Motorcycle. The key of aforesaid Motorcycle has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 12.6.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on

No.44314 of 2019(2) dt.22-07-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-II-cum Special Judge (Excise), Buxar, in connection with Dumraon (N.B.O.P) P.S.
