JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-01-2019 This Court while disposing of the writ application directed the opposite party to ensure that legitimate dues of the petitioner for revised pay scale in accordance with law are paid. The Court also directed the University to furnish a statement of calculation to the petitioner so that he is made aware of the same and if aggrieved can pursue his grievance in accordance with law.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that in compliance with the order of the Writ Court certain amount has been paid but calculation chart has not been supplied to the petitioner.

Patna High Court MJC No.1300 of 2015(7) dt.04-01-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that as per the direction of the Writ Court certain payment has been made to the petitioner, the present application is disposed of with a direction to the University to provide a copy of the calculation chart to the petitioner within three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order so that after verifying the chart if the petitioner has any grievance he may approach the appropriate authority in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid, this MJC application stands disposed of.
