Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 109 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both sides have sustained injuries. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 109 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
