JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-05-2016 The petitioner submits that his father retired from the services of the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation on 28.2.2001 and died on 28.3.2009. He submits that he has been paid all retrial benefits of his father save and except interest on delayed payment of G.P.F. amount. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, if the petitioner files a representation before an appropriate authority, he would ensure that the petitioner is paid interest on the delayed payment of G.P.F. amount within a period of four months from the date of its filing. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
