Indisputably, the aforesaid

Patna High Court CWJC No.6720 of 2004 (5) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 election case was finally disposed of by the learned court below. Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition. However, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that in view of final disposal of the aforesaid Election Case No. 49 of 2002, the present matter has obviously become infructuous. Submissions made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents appear to be correct. In above view of the matter, the present writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
