The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Fulwari Sharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No.631 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323 and 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the court of Smt. Sheema Eram, Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Patna.
Admittedly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of privilege of pre-arrest bail was rejected by this Court vide order
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46453 of 2017 (3) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 dated 31.07.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.17785 of 2017 on merit.
I find no reason to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of privilege of pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of privilege of pre-arrest bail is again rejected.
