This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 147, 148, 149, 337, 427, 504 and 452 of the Indian Penal Code.
For political rivalry, the first information report has been lodged against 31 named and some unknown accused persons who have committed assault and theft in the house of the informant and specific allegation of causing head injury, with farsa, is against petitioner, Pankaj Kumar Singh @ Pappu Singh. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case. The petitioners' side have also sustained injuries and the accused persons of the counter case have already been allowed anticipatory bail by the learned Court below.
Considering the fact that petitioner, Pankaj Kumar Singh @ Pappu Singh, had knowledge that his act might cause death, I

The prayer for anticipatory bail on behalf the petitioner, Pankaj Kumar Singh @ Pappu Singh, is refused. There is general and omni bus allegation against other petitioners of commission of assault the petitioners, Brajendra Singh @ Brajendra Kumar Singh, Ajay Singh @ Ajay Kumar Singh, Madan Singh and Anil Singh @ Anil Kumar Singh, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 95 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
