JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For quashing the oral order of Respondent No.2. The Deputy Development CommissionerCum-Chief Executive Officer, Vaishali by which service of the petitioner is terminated from 01.07.2021, which is informed by the Senior Assist. (Respondent No.4) by way of noting in attendance register of the month July, 2021 on 17.07.2021 that "Karya Mukta", Maukhik Adesh Ke Alok me Dinank 01.07.2021 Se Sewa Mukta", (In the light of oral order terminated from the service since 01.07.2021) which is highly illegal, as it is passed without any specific

(ii). For directing the Respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner seeing the long satisfactory services of 16 years rendered by him in Zil Parishad Vaishali in the light of general meeting held 28.02.2015 on of Zila Parishad under the Chairmanship of the Chairman Zila Parishad vide Agenda No. 43 (Kh) in which it was decided to write to Panchayat Raj Deptt., Bihar Patna for regularization of service of the petitioner in light of letter No. 199664 dated 04.09.2014."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
