2. The petitioner is a Panchayat Teacher in Prathmik Makhtab Rampur, Madhwapur, District Madubani, who has filed this writ petition for payment of salary from April, 2020 to February, 2023.

3. Since, the petitioner is a Panchayat Teacher, in view of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020, and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 10222 of 2022 (Rani Kumari Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.) along with

Patna High Court CWJC No.10899 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.
