====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The LPG distributorship of Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPC) at Mohanpur location in the District of Bhagalpur was advertised on 17.06.2017 in which petitioner was selected. In Field Verification of Credentials (FVC), the land of the petitioner for godown as well as showroom were rejected.

3. The petitioner has challenged the cancellation of

Patna High Court CWJC No.21616 of 2018(10) dt.03-11-2025 2/3 her selection in the present writ application. After cancellation of the petitioner's selection a re-draw was conducted by the company and one Usha Kushwaha was selected. Usha Kushwaha i.e. Res. No. 6 selection was also cancelled on certain other grounds. She came before this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 23859 of 2018. Her case was disposed on the basis of the stand of the company that distributorship of BPC at Mohanpur location in the District of Bhagalpur is yet to be finalized and the respondent-Corporation intends to re-advertise/ advertised distributorship afresh. One another candidate was also selected, namely, Rakhi Kumari in third draw held by BPC. The Division Bench disposed the writ application filed by the second candidate Usha Kushwaha granting a liberty to participate in future advertisement in respect of aforementioned LPG distributorship, if she is otherwise eligible.

4. Mr. Rajeev Prakash, learned counsel appearing for the B.P.C.L. submits that the selection made by the company was found defective, as such, the selection of the candidates was rejected, however, the company is intending to re-advertise the location for grant of LPG distributor afresh.

5. Accordingly, the present writ application is disposed with liberty to the petitioner to participate in future

Patna High Court CWJC No.21616 of 2018(10) dt.03-11-2025 3/3 advertisement in respect of aforesaid LPG distributorship location, if petitioner is otherwise found eligible as per advertisement.

6. Accordingly, the present writ application stands disposed of.
