2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rauta P.S. Case No. 96 of 2024 registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 324, 341, 325, 307, 354, 379, 447, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including these petitioners assaulted informant and his family members, as a result of which, they sustained multiple fracture injuries.

4. Having considered the nature of accusation and the nature of injuries allegedly caused by these petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
