JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL) 20-01-2017 Mr. Mukesh Kumar Rana, learned counsel for the appellant placed the operative part of the judgment wherein the appellants have been convicted under Section 395 of the IPC and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life besides fine. In that view of the matter, he seeks permission of the Court to make necessary correction in the cause title of the appeal.

Let the appropriate corrections be carried out by the counsel for the appellants whereafter the case shall be placed before the appropriate Bench.
