2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No. 67 of 2023 registered under section 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is of alluring the victim for marriage. During the investigation, the girl has been found to be a major. The victim was photographed by the petitioner and she was taken for marriage.

5. The petitioner is resident of West-Champaran whereas the girl is resident of Ara. The prosecution allegation

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No. 67 of 2023.
