Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Dholbajja (Kadwa) P.S. Case No. 73 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the deceased (Nitish Mandal) was killed by Gonu Mandal and Sudhir Mandal. The petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. and he has been named during investigation and he is in custody

Considering the fact that the petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. and their name has come during investigation, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Naugachia in connection with Dholbajja (Kadwa) P.S. Case No. 73 of 2021.
