For the Petitioner/s :

Mr. Anish Chandra, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s :

Mr. Sri Manish Kumar- 2, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No.173 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 363 & 366A of IPC.

Written report disclosed an allegation of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant in collusion with the other accused persons.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is a delay of 22 days in lodging the F.I.R. and except suspicion there is nothing against the petitioner. Heard learned A.P.P. also, who opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that there is specific allegation in the F.I.R. against this petitioner and the girl is still trace-less. Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69496 of 2018(3) dt.01-07-2019 2/2 With the aforesaid, this application is dismissed. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Sunil Shukla/- U T
