2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gaunaha P.S. Case No. 75 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 20(b)(ii)(c), 23(c) and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. There is total recovery of 38.30 Kg of ganja from the two accused persons inclining the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 19.05.2025.

4. Considering the huge recovery of ganja from the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
