In view of the judgment of the full Bench in the case of Kalpana Rani Vs. State of Bihar & Ors. Reported in 2014

(2) PLJR 665, the issue of Siksha Mitra is now a closed chapter and, as such, the Court is not inclined to grant any indulgence in the present writ application.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of, as

Patna High Court CWJC No.8175 of 2012(3) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 the post of Siksha Mitra has been abolished by virtue of Rule 2006 where the post of Panchayat Sikshak came into existence in place of Siksha Mitra and those who were working as Siksha Mitra on 01.07.2006 were absorbed as Panchayat Sikshak.
