1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the present writ application is being preferred by the petitioner for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to:-(a) remove the illegally constructed encroachments in front of M/s Bankipore Club, Patna; (b) take permanent steps to prevent mushrooming of illegal encroachments in future."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed by the petitioner, before the District Magistrate, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Patna, shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
