4. Accordingly, the present M.J.C./Contempt Petition stands dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition in the event of representation is submitted within the time stipulated in the order dated 03.08.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No.13463 of 2021.
