The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Thakurganj P.S. Case No. 26 of 2017 registered under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. It is also submitted that this is a case of love affairs in between victim and Md. Shahoor. The names of the petitioners have been dragged in this case on the basis of statement of 164 Cr. P.C. of the alleged victim. Further submission is that on perusal of Medical Report of the victim, neither internal nor external injuries are found.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Kishanganj in connection with Thakurganj P.S. Case No. 26 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Shailendra/- U T
