2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 109, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 16.11.2024, a panchayati was going on with regard to the land dispute. In the meantime, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, abused and assaulted informant and others by means of lathi, danda, stones and bricks as a result of which they sustained injuries.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an altercation took place between the parties due to admitted land dispute in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus and there is

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Panapur P. S. Case No. 353 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
