Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 448, 302, 201, 120(B), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR was lodged when the dead body of the nephew of the informant was found hanging with a tree on 17.08.2016. Suspicion was raised against the FIR named accused person who had threatened in the past to commit murder.

Submission is that similarly situated co-accusedSatendra Paswan has been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 5055 of 2019.

No.45367 of 2019(2) dt.25-07-2019 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Koilwar Police Station Case No.198 of 2016, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
