JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-10-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Dandari P.S.Case No. 29 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 120-B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the gravity of the offence and the fact that the complicity of the petitioner in the alleged offence of murder transpired in course of investigation of the case, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and prays for bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by the order of this Court. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Pradeep/- U T
