JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 27-10-2021 Learned counsel for the appellant Sri Tribhuwan Narayan submits that inadvertently, two criminal appeals have been filed, first being Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 4001 of 2021(Amit Kumar @ Amit Kumar Sah @ Mukesh Kumar vs. State of Bihar). The second one is present criminal appeal being Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 4333 of 2021. Learned counsel for the appellant further submits that since present appeal has been filed inadvertently as such he may be permitted to withdraw this appeal so that he can pursue Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 4001 of 2021. Learned Special PP Sri Sadanand Paswan has no objection to the submission made by learned counsel for the appellant.
