2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 7.125 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from motorcycle of the petitioner.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner. The motorcycle in question was being driven by one Mukesh Kumar, who without knowledge or consent of petitioner, was carrying aforesaid liquor. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the quantity of recovery and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge - IX, Bhagalpur in connection with Sanokhar (Amdanda) P.S.
