The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 11(d) of animal Cruelty Act, 1960.

The prosecution case in short is that the accused persons were carrying cattle in the vehicle for the purpose of their sale in the market.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioners are in custody since 20.3.2019 and have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. Charge-sheet has been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45834 of 2019(2) dt.24-07-2019 2/2 submitted in the present case. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. The cattle in question are not stolen property. Other co-accuseds have been granted bail vide orders dated 4.7.2019 and 18.7.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 41377 of 2019 and 44161 of 2019.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is directed that the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VI, Danapur in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 85 of 2019.
