2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) , 41 (1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3 . It is alleged that 1.62 liters foreign liquor was recovered from an open place .

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been imp7licated in this case on the basis of other co- secret information . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner has got 1 criminal antecedent in which he is on bail. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail

Considering the fact that aforesaid facts and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned special Judge - I Excise and Prohibition Act, Patna in connection with Patliputra Police Station Case No. 223 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita ( BNSS) , 2023 .
