Petitioner is in custody in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 191 of 2019 for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 340 liters of country made liquor was seized from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 16.6.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44368 of 2019(2) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 191 of 2019.
