Learned counsel for the State, from the counter affidavit, submits that all due payment of the petitioner on the basis of his entitlement has been made, details of which have been mentioned in the affidavit. Copy of the same was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 09.02.2012. However, neither learned counsel for the petitioner is in a position to dispute such statement made in the counter affidavit nor any rejoinder to the same has been filed.

In view of the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off.
