The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 119 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/341/323/307/447/ 504/506/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the allegation that the petitioner is not the assailant of the injured, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
