JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR) 23-07-2019 In view of the order dated- 17.06.2019, Superintendent Of Police, Kaimur (Bhabhua) has communicated its report contained in memo no. 332 dated 25.05.2019 and also show- cause has been filed by the Superintendent Of Police, Kaimur indicating therein that due to communication gap earlier order was not complied with. However, in the show- cause it has been indicated that during pendency of appeal the sole appellant died. The show -cause also contains the death certificate. The show- cause filed by Superintendent Of Police, Kaimur is accepted and considering the fact that during pendency of appeal sole appellant died, the appeal stands abated and is consigned to record.
