The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Obra P. S. Case No. 82 of 2011 dated 27.05.2011 instituted for the offences under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is alleged to have made some delay in submission of AC/DC bill with respect to the utilisation of the fund given to the school in the year 2006-07 and 200708 for the purposes of construction of boundary wall. Mr. Yogesh Chandra Verma, learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that now the AC/DC bill has

Regard being had to the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Obra P. S. Case No. 82 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
